I can't thank Gail enough for helping me out. I had just returned from Rome and was landing late in Romania, I needed an overnight hotel because I was getting picked up in the morning. Being that Gail knows me, she knew what was important and 1st priority was a bath, so without even asking she made sure the room had a bath for me. Really appreciate all the help with the booking will definitely use again and recommend. Thank you so much.
